Questions before you get started?
Is this only for volleyball?
No. It grew out of years of organizing volleyball travel, but it works for any team or club that coordinates tournaments, events, and hotel blocks.
Can I use it for only one team?
Yes. The One Team plan is designed for an individual coach, team parent, or coordinator. A club can instead use one account for unlimited teams and users.
Does Organize Your Club make the hotel reservation?
No. Families book through the hotel or event booking link you provide. The site keeps the block details organized and lets families record their confirmation information afterward.
What can parents see?
Parents create an account, select the teams they are affiliated with, and then see the relevant tournaments, hotel blocks, deadlines, booking links, and notes for those teams.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Billing is managed securely through Stripe, and an administrator can open the billing portal to manage or change the subscription.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You can create the club, confirm your email address, and try the system with one active team before subscribing.
